NRMA has opened a blog and website based forums for people to provide feedback and comments on a range of issues in relation to the Way2go website (collectively to be called “Blogs”) You can visit the blog by going to www.myway2go.com.au. The link for the forums is www.myway2go.com.au/forums.

Please be aware that by posting to the Blogs you are adhering to our terms and conditions below. Should you object to any of these Terms and Conditions or any subsequent modifications then your only recourse is to immediately discontinue the use of the Blogs

Terms and Conditions
The Blogs are operated by National Roads and Motorists’ Association Limited trading as NRMA Motoring & Services ABN 77 000 010 506 (”NRMA” or “we”). NRMA retains the right at all times to monitor, retain or disclose any material posted on the Blogs as necessary to satisfy any applicable law, regulation, legal process or governmental request.

1. Conditions of Use
1.1 Your use of the Blogs is governed by these terms and conditions and any additional terms and conditions posted on the Way2go website from time to time (’Terms’).
1.2 By participating in and continuing to use the Blogs you agree to be bound by the Terms.


2. NRMA’s rights
2.1 NRMA reserves the right to do any of the following at its sole discretion:
(a) select material to be posted on the Blogs;
(b) remove any material on the Blogs at any time;
(c) amend, alter, reproduce (in part or in its entirety) in any form of media, edit or delete any material you submit without any right of attribution to you; and
(d) terminate your access to the Blogs if we believe you have breached the Terms in any way.

3. Your obligations
3.1 You will not:
(a) post any material on the Blogs:
(i) that is not original material in which you own copyright;
(ii) which infringes the intellectual property rights of any third party;
(iii) that contains personal information of third parties such as phone numbers, mail or email addresses;
(iv) that is unlawful, or makes reference to illegal activities, or which is prohibited by these Terms;
(v) that is offensive, abusive, obscene, defamatory, threatening, indecent or which is sexual or pornographic in nature;
(vi) that vilifies, insults or humiliates any person on the basis of race, religion, ethnicity, gender, age, sexual orientation or any physical or mental disability;
(vii) that contains profanity or spiteful remarks;
(viii) that advertises or promotes any goods or services, websites, competitions, schemes or any other matter;
(ix) that contains false, misleading or deceptive information or misinformation or rumour;
(x) that you do not have a right to post because of any law or arising out of a contractual obligation;
(xi)impersonate any other person or enitity;
(xii) that contains viruses, or other malicious code, files or programs designed to interrupt, limit or destroy the functionality of other computer software or hardware.
(b) engage in spamming, flaming or any other hostile activity in relation to the Blogs.

4. Liability for Material
4.1 Any opinions expressed in material posted on the Blogs are not and are not in any way represented as being the opinions of NRMA or its related bodies corporate.
4.2 NRMA:
(a) is not responsible for, and does not accept any liability in respect of, any material posted on the Blogs; and
(b) does not check the content or accuracy of any such material.

5. Disclaimers
5.1 The material contained on the Blogs is for general discussion purposes only. You should not rely on any material contained on the Blogs and we accept no responsibility or liability whatsoever for any loss or damage you may suffer as a result or your reliance on any material posted on the Blogs. You should make your own enquiries and take independent advice tailored to your specific circumstance prior to making any decisions. Your use of the Blogs is at your sole risk.
5.2 We make no representations or warranties:
(a) in relation to any of the material on the Blogs (including any warranties as to the quality, accuracy, completeness or fitness for any particular purpose of such material);
(b) that the material is virus free. You should take your own precautions in this respect and we accept no responsibility for any malicious code that may be introduced into your system by using the Blogs.

6. Access
Although we will do our best to provide constant, uninterrupted access to the Blogs, we cannot and do not guarantee this and accept no responsibility or liability for any interruption or delay.

7. Liability and Indemnity
7.1 You will indemnify us if we suffer any loss or damage or incur any costs in connection with your breach of these Terms or any other legal obligation by you or your use of or conduct on the Blogs.
7.2 You agree that in no circumstances will we be liable to you for any indirect, incidental, special and/or consequential losses or damages or loss of profits of whatever nature howsoever arising from:
(a) the use of or access to, or any inability to use or access, the Blogs or any material on the Blogs;
(b) unauthorised access to or alterations of your transmissions or data; or
(c) statements or conduct of any third party on the Blogs.

8. General
8.1 These Terms may be varied from time to time at NRMA’s sole discretion. Please ensure that you review these Terms regularly. Your continued use of the Blogs will constitute acceptance of all variations to the Terms.
8.2 These Terms will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state of New South Wales, Australia.
